To register and use as777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as you maintain an active account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. as777 does not permit access to any person under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf and for your own account.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where accessing or using an online gaming platform of this nature is prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of as777 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of as777, or an immediate family member of such a person, unless expressly permitted in writing by as777 management.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion register that would restrict your access to gaming services, or otherwise have had your gaming account access restricted by as777 or any other platform for responsible gaming reasons.

as777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification. as777's decision on eligibility matters is final.

Each player may hold one account only. Registration on the platform constitutes your agreement to these Terms. When registering, you agree to the following obligations:

• You will provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination without refund.
• You will keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. as777 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, chat, or telephone. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You will notify as777 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. as777 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain password confidentiality, unless directly caused by negligence on the part of as777.
• You will not share, sell, transfer, or otherwise permit any third party to access or use your as777 account. Account transfers of any kind are prohibited.
• You will update your account information promptly if your personal details change. Outdated or incorrect account details may affect your ability to withdraw funds or complete KYC verification.

Deposits

as777 accepts deposits exclusively in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) via the payment methods listed on the platform. The following terms apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Minimum deposit amounts via card methods (Visa, Mastercard) may differ and will be displayed at the point of deposit.
• Deposits are credited to your as777 account balance promptly upon confirmation by the payment provider. as777 is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers' own processing times or system outages.
• as777 does not charge a deposit fee. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Please check with your provider before depositing.
• as777 reserves the right to request verification of the deposit payment method before processing withdrawals, as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) and KYC procedures.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in line with standard AML practice. The following terms apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts and wallets that are registered in the same name as the as777 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• as777 may require full KYC verification (proof of identity and proof of address) before processing any withdrawal. Documents requested must be provided within the timeframe specified by the support team.
• as777 will process approved withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and volume of requests at the time. as777 is not responsible for delays attributable to payment provider processing windows.
• as777 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, abuse of bonuses, money laundering, or any other breach of these Terms. In such cases, as777 will notify the player and outline the nature of the investigation.

as777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each promotion:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier for each promotion will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on as777. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit any game mechanic, promotion, or system feature in a manner not available to a regular player operating manually.
• Collusion with other players, dealers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on the platform.
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection, or using as777 for any transaction that is unlawful under applicable Bangladeshi law or international anti-money laundering standards.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, platform vulnerabilities, or errors in odds, game outcomes, or promotional mechanics. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown error must be reported immediately and may be voided.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC verification, or any customer support interaction.
• Threatening, harassing, abusing, or using discriminatory language toward as777 staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or social media.

as777 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities. Any account suspected of involvement in criminal activity will be frozen immediately pending investigation, and all relevant information will be disclosed to the appropriate authorities as required by law.

as777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances in which as777 may take such action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to prohibited conduct, eligibility violations, or fraudulent activity.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or other financial crimes, even in the absence of confirmed evidence, where as777 is required to act under applicable AML obligations.
• A player's request to self-exclude from the platform for responsible gaming reasons. Self-excluded accounts will not be reopened for a minimum period as stated in our Responsible Gaming policy.
• Inactivity: accounts that have had no login activity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive and subject to a monthly administration fee, details of which will be communicated to the player's registered email address before any deduction is made.

Upon permanent account closure for any reason, as777 will conduct a final review of the account balance. Any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus play) will be returned to the player via the payment method on record, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering obligations.

All content on the as777 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, interface designs, data compilations, and audio-visual content — is the property of as777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. By using the platform, you agree to the following:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, as777's liability to any player is limited as follows:

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time via the account settings or by contacting support. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
